The company reported <strong>INR 3,870.4 crore <\/strong>in revenue, driven by execution in the textile and related, consumer durables, segments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For FY26, revenue from operations grew <strong>37.G%<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>YoY<\/strong>, led by strong execution of institutional orders, increased demand across uniform categories, and focus on deepening the uniform solutions. The company\u2019s operating EBITDA also saw <strong>33.G% YoY growth<\/strong>, reflecting improved operational efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Commenting on the performance, <strong>Mr. Priyavrata Mafatlal, Vice-Chairman of the Arvind Mafatlal Group  Managing Director of Mafatlal Industries Limited <\/strong>said: \u201c<em>FY2C has been a strong year for the company, with growth driven by our Institutional and Uniforms businesses and steady demand across textile categories.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During FY26, the company clocked a healthy improvement in operational profitability, as operating EBITDA growth outpaced \/ aligned with total EBITDA growth, driven primarily by operations rather than non-recurring income sources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company\u2019s <strong>Textile and Related Products and Digital infrastructure segments <\/strong>continued to be key growth drivers, supported by large-scale orders across states, such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Textile and related products contributing ~66.2% of annual EBIT, reflecting a shift towards higher-margin uniform business<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expansion in digital infrastructure through education-led institutional projects<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Robust order book of approximately <strong>INR<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>775<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>crore<\/strong>, providing strong revenue visibility<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aligned with its cost optimization strategy and initiatives towards green energy, the Company commenced installation of a 4 MWp solar power plant at its Nadiad unit for captive use<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Board of Directors declared and paid an Interim Dividend of INR 1.25 per share for FY26. (i.e. 62.5% on the face value of INR 2). Further, the Board of Directors have recommended a Final Dividend of INR 1.25 per share (i.e. 62.5% on the face value of Rs. 2), for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As of March 31, 2026, the company\u2019s gross debt was <strong>INR 60.8 crore<\/strong>, of which long-term debt was <strong>INR 33.1 crore<\/strong>.
