EBITDA grew 44% to \u20b9898.96 lakh, reflecting operational excellence and cost discipline. TechD\u2019s net worth jumped nearly threefold to \u20b96,422.37 lakh, underscoring its robust post-IPO balance sheet<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Revenue growth was primarily fueled by the company\u2019s <strong>flagship SOC as a Service, Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP), and Cyber Program Management verticals<\/strong> &#8211; core pillars driving recurring and high-margin growth across BFSI, fintech, and critical-infrastructure sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During this period, TechD Cybersecurity added <strong>90 new enterprise customers<\/strong>, taking its total base to nearly <strong>500 organizations worldwide<\/strong>. It achieved an exceptional <strong>Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 95.6% and maintained a renewal rate above 90%<\/strong>, reflecting customer trust and satisfaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company also achieved two major compliance milestones becoming <strong>SOC 2 Type 2 Certified and renewing its CERT-In empanelment through 2028<\/strong>, reinforcing its leadership in data-security and regulatory governance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At its recent meeting, the Board approved the incorporation of a wholly <strong>owned subsidiary in GIFT City (Gujarat International Finance Tec-City)<\/strong> to accelerate international business across the USA, Africa, and the Middle East.
